Model-number search pilot
Nintendo Wii RVL-001 model-number guide
RVL-001 identifies the original-style Nintendo Wii console. It is the version associated with the hinged GameCube controller and memory-card port covers; confirm those ports in listing photos because titles are often copied or incomplete.
Names and model-number spellings
Listings can use any of these forms. The try-it box below groups them with eBay's comma-based OR syntax.
- RVL-001
- RVL 001
- RVL001
Region versions
RVL-001 consoles were sold for different regions. Confirm the label, supported video standard, system language and game-region compatibility instead of treating every RVL-001 listing as interchangeable.
What to verify in a listing
- A clear base-label photo showing RVL-001
- The GameCube controller and memory-card ports under the top covers
- The console region and included power supply
- Whether the listing is console-only or includes cables, sensor bar and controllers
Build a better model search
Learn the syntax in the eBay search operators guide, or combine it with the filters explained in the eBay Advanced Search guide.
Try an OR search
Try comma-separated alternatives inside parentheses, with quotes around multi-word terms and additional keywords outside the group. Our dated Browse API test tried the parentheses-and-comma format; compare the returned listings to see how this example behaves.
